Imatter Health and Wellbeing Support CIC is an organisation which supports health and wellbeing of both young people and adults aged between 13 to 65 years based in Watford and surrounding areas. The goal is to foster a commitment aimed at improving the quality of life through interactive workshops that supports mental health issues, people living with disabilities and other health conditions, as well as the social wellbeing of people and their families. The company believes that safe friendships provide a sense of pride and belonging, thereby reducing any challenges of loneliness in the community. Imatter Health and Wellbeing Support CIC is here to create a strong foundation for learning, environmental support including providing an invaluable asset to the Watford community and surrounding areas now and for generations to come.

Our Services

What do we contribute to the society.

Providing safe transitional guidance
Providing safe transitional guidance for teenagers of Watford and surrounding areas into adulthood. This include individual writing, revitalisation of mental and physical support through sporting activities..
Providing mental health services.
We do through health and wellbeing support workshops to both adults and young people and also support for people living with disabilities, including other health conditions.
Social Diversity workshops
Social Diversity workshops allows people from various cultures to meet and share their social and life skills, which promotes social skills among people.
Vocational skills building workshops
Vocational skills building workshops also provides people opportunities of learning new skills and hobbies in people’s lives, which in turn continue to support them in their homes.
Together as one workshops
Together as one workshops, bridges the gap between elderly and young people, who enjoy the opportunity of either learning or passing skills from one generation to another in a safe environment
